After nearly 25 years in ministry and communications coaching, I found my voice resonating mostly around the art of leadership and how leaders (in both ministry and marketplace) effect communities, organizations, corporations, governments and nations. I call it...finding my Brene Brown Groove. Yet, it was writing my 'leadership book last fall (2025) on The 3D Leader that built within me a foundational framework in executive leadership coaching and consulting. I found intricate connections that addresses behavior + culture + authority and bridges human intelligence and performance metrics that leaders would fid beneficial in their personal& professional development. It has been fascinating.
